ROVER V8 BX05KHM BRIGHTWELLS,Leominster,Auction 8th December.
This is the car I was trying to trace in October this year with a view to buying.
Boot carpet looks a little damp in the catalogue pics. Also damaged bottom skirt to offside rear bumper.
GET YOUR MONEY OUT at the Auction.
Anyone know who owns the car currently. Or where it may be?
Pictures on BrightWells Site.Possibly at Leominster.
Apologies, should have more precise. I meant does anyone know who might be the owner sending the car to auction. Beyond that, I have bought items at antiques auctions, is it a similar process at a vehicle auction? E.g. VAT, buyer's premium etc.
Hope this helps?

Buyer’s premium & VAT
A buyer’s premium at the following rates will be added to the hammer price:
- For Vehicles - 10%+VAT (e.g. on a hammer price of £10,000 you pay £1,000 premium + £200 VAT to give a total of £11,200, assuming a VAT
- rate of 20%)
any ztt's out there ?v8? supercharged would be great

I am sure this has been for sale recently and I thought it had sold?
Steve
Tried to get back into V8 ownership today at the Brightwells Auction but it went for more than i thought i could pay for a car i had not driven.
£7600 + 10% buyers fee + VAT (on the fee)= £8512
Shame as i was looking forward to the V8 Burble again.
WOW.Oh Well.there's always that 08 REG at Hursley Hill Garage,Bristol for £29,995.Go on,you know it makes sense.
That would be the one that's has been for sale at that price since MGR went bust in 2005, I am sure its for someone at that price, just not me.
Another one on Ebay

What did this go for in the end?
Was this not the one that was in Ireland, then the midlands and now sold? Think it was only purchased for about 6.5k wasnt it?
Cannot remember now.... I do remember it needed a bit of paint and the wheels done, also remember it originally having a towbar too....
STEVE TD is Listed as Owner.
Back in 2010 i was going to Swap my then Honda JaZZ for that Rover V8,but the HEAD GUY there lives in "CLOUD CUCKOO LAND", & that's why it's STILL THERE.
Andy, isn't this the one with a pretty but non monogram paint mix?
