Firstly just saying hello, as its my first post here.
l'm looking into purchasing a Rover 75 260 or MG ZT 260 and trying to gather as much info as possible prior to making my decision. I've downloaded the buying guide which is a great help but would like to get hold of the full specifications of both variants.
Can someone help me with this, as Google has come up short so far?
Chris.

Thank you Nich, this is great.
A couple of questions on R75- are they all auto trans and if so did they still have LSD axles?
Also, I read somewhere that the Sat Nav no longer works due to obsolescence- is this true?
Chris.
As far as I am aware all R75's had auto boxes and LSD's. The SatNav's are fine but the original units fitted were CD based and so maps were country specific and probably haven't been updated for some time. A lot of people have replaced the original unit with the later DVD based system which has maps for Europe coupled with a widescreen head unit, these maps are fairly current. Some have updated to the newer touchscreen devices which have the SatNav system on a memory card.

Here's the original spec for the R75 V8.

Navigation CD's are still updated and available each year (at a price!) Navteq IIRC, now owned by Nokia(?).
The TV doesn't work since it can't find an analogue signal anymore

There are some inaccurate bits in that too I'm afraid Nich, courtesy of MGR publicity department no doubt!
... so don't take that as gospel, Chris.
My Conny SE certainly doesn't have a wooden-knobbed gear selector nor a rear sunblind but has the Plus pack, for example.
