Is it a ZT/ZTT or another body type??
It is cast iron, not easy to weld.

Hi and welcome! Not sure where you will fit it? And why only 1? Better off s/c instead I think mate,
This seems a bit of a strange discussion for this area of the forum, I would have thought that anyone contemplating this sort of unique modification would be a little more familiar with materials technology and given they have a 260/R75 V8 and are a member of the MGOC, have become a full member in order to access all relevant information.
Being a new member, Kaelum may be waiting for blue to go green of course. :)
Just my thoughts.

I would suspect the OP's got a V8 rather then an 260/R75
Do you mean an engine with no car David?

It's going to be an expensive exercise with a non guaranteed outcome.
Most, if not all, kits for the Mustang have the turbo in front of the engine.
Exhaust is piped forward and then re-routed through the turbo to the back.

Twin turbo most commonly sit in the void in front of the wheel arches. Again the exhausts are re-routed.
Twin turbo set-up http://www.hellionpowersystems.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=141
This one is interesting as the engine also has a S/C fitted.
Bear in mind that these sets are developed for the Mustang GT and the space requirements are not suited for the ZT 260.
These means a lot of modifications, no guaranteed result and money that's near enough S/C territory.
Also the tunes provided are not suited for the 260 (as proven with various self installed S/C that went bang)
All in all, good luck and it will be an interesting project or a money pit with nothing to show for.........
Again with enough funds everything is possible but than I'd rather install a S/C

Wow, that twin turbo and S/C setup looks amazing! Not one for a 260 as you say due to size and space issues as well as handling the power and engine map considerations, but one can dream!!

Could stay blue for a while then :)
If the OP is thinking of a Kit Car with the V8, who knows what is possible

You can fit remote turbos they don't have to be in the engine bay they can be at the rear of the ar just a bit more plumbing

Maybe for the individual components, but not for all the plumbing and pipework that's needed
No chance in a 260!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That says it all.................better get a S/C

What's the point of having meters of scaffolding under the car all the way to the rear and then back again to get air to the intake manifold:confused:
Just have a look here http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forums/attachments/2005-2010-mustang-talk/55296-2006-mustang-gt-sts-twin-turbo-mustang-20twins.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forums/2005-2010-mustang-talk/142869-2006-mustang-gt-sts-twin-turbo.html&h=375&w=500&sz=94&tbnid=PdTGTT0ZKazuLM:&tbnh=102&tbnw=136&zoom=1&usg=__Ty331uRs7C5EqEnQeNGFjgeY3hg=&docid=FBweXbE3qq4Q2M&hl=en&sa=X&ei=pj9YUcTYK8mc0QWIk4HoCw&ved=0CGYQ9QEwBw&dur=497
and have a read here http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forums/2005-2010-mustang-talk/142869-2006-mustang-gt-sts-twin-turbo.html
The problem with these kits is the obvious turbo lag and the problem of getting the oil flow reliable.
Also an air-intake near the rear under the car doesn't seem ideal with regards to water intake etc.
Also I think there is no space whatsoever on the 260 to do this.
